About Chris McNally Falcon
An alumnus of New York University, Christopher “Chris” McNally is the president of Falcon Enterprises Associates, Inc., a company that combines the expertise of design, construction, and real estate development professionals to offer quality project management. He works closely with architects and builders to ensure projects meet deadlines and keeps owners involved in the construction process. Chris McNally and the Falcon team work on projects ranging from condominiums to single-family homes. Past projects include the gut renovation of a double width townhouse in Greenwich Village, New York, which was recently published in Elle Decor, and a Hudson Valley home, which was featured in Architectural Digest.
Prior to establishing Falcon Enterprises Associates, Christopher McNally was a project manager for Taocon, Inc. Recruited by co-owner Steven Lamazor, he was hired on to lead Taocon's “habitable art” projects that consisted of innovative homes, retail stores, and offices. It was during this job that he worked with construction experts like Jon Fogler and completed exemplary work, such as the Scholten Gallery of Japanese Art.
